The MaIH Project is About You and Your Family

From health care to social services, you get the help you need.
The MaIH Project, which stands for maternal and infant health, connects you with health care to help with your pregnancy and social services to make sure your other needs are met. Once we know what you need, the help comes to you. We do the work for you and there is never a fee for the services we provide. If you need WIC, Medicaid, food stamps, help to pay your gas or electric bill, groceries, transportation, or any other help, we connect you with the support you need. Our job is to make your pregnancy as stress-free as possible.
The MaIH Project walks with you throughout your pregnancy and after you give birth.
It’s important that you stay healthy so that when you give birth, you and your baby get off to a healthy start. To help, we’ll connect you with doulas (professionals who help with your emotional and physical health), breastfeeding information so that you know how it helps your baby so you can decide if it’s right for you, support if you are feeling sad or worried, help speaking with your doctor about your health, tips to count your baby’s kicks to help you know when to get help to see if something is wrong, judgment-free help to quit smoking, drug use, or alcohol use — and much more!

You and your baby matter.
The MaIH Project is here to help meet your needs and your baby’s.
